You are looking at a 1994 Caprice Police vehicle. I believe it was in service in Virginia but not 100% on that. Runs and drives great. Has a little hesitation when engine is cold. 154601 miles. That could go up due the vehicle being driven some. As any one knows the clusters on these vehicles get temperamental and the millage comes and goes. The pict of the millage shows 154214 and is accurate. ( vehicle was driven since this pict was taken ) The steering is loose. I have not checked it but more that likely idler arm tie rods and such. The driver door has a wave in it where it looks as if it had been damaged at one time. The roof paint is faded and clear coat peeling. I have a receipt in the glove box that shows a trans rebuild about 40,000 miles ago. I have not had the car long and tried to list every thing about the car I know of. I traded for it recently. Nice rust free example of the last year of square body Caprices from southern Virginia. Manufactured for only three months. A rare gem with rare leather interior. The paint is in great shape and condition. This vehicle comes with a new set of 225-70/15 tires and 15x7 wheels which have been freshly restored. New headliner. New transmission. The transmission seals went bad from sitting so long that the transmission needed to be rebuilt. The interior was well maintained and is extra clean. The engine is functioning properly and has no issues. The transmission shifts very smoothly. The car was previously owned by a non smoker. The power antenna is currently not functioning. Selling this 91 Caprice classic as is for parts. Have a clean Texas title with it. Car does run and drive but engine is smoking pretty bad(pistons/rings most likely). It currently doesn’t have an exhaust on it. If it doesn’t sell as a whole parts car I will start selling parts off of it. You will be responsible for pick up if you purchase it.

So if you've found this auction you know what this is - a highly desirable 1996 Caprice 9C1 with only 85k miles. These cars last forever, so that's super low miles. And this one has some throwback performance parts you can't get anymore, including SLP tube headers and cold air intake, plus underdrive pulleys, dual exhaust, and Bilstein shocks. Has new Kragar Vegas wheels and BFG tires. Fresh ignition service, plus recent A/C service has her blowin' cold. Everything works well, drive it anywhere. Paint is fairly nice for its age, but let's be honest, it's original paint on a 1996 cop car, so it's not going to win a concourse any time soon. Plastic/composite bumper covers are showing some wear, will include NOS pieces that can be painted to match. No rust problems to worry about; car started its live in Mobile and I bought it in Abita (New Orleans area) LA. I've tried to describe it as well as possible.
